Return Policy

• Just Sense Boutique operates based on high trust between our customers and us.
• There are strictly no returns.
• Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only. Kindly email us a picture of the stain / defects to us, one (1) day right after you have received your dress for justifications.
• We do not return if the dresses do not fit as per the measurements given on our website. The measurements are for your reference only. Difference of 0.5~1 cm in measurement do not consider as defect.
• We shall exchange and return a NEW piece to you if only we have extra stock in hand.
• All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and all original tags shall be attached to the goods.
• Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odours (ie. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the items to be returned to you.
• All return request after more than five (5) days of parcel delivery will not be entertained.
• All returns will be charged at RM 5 for handling fees.
• We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer.
• All returns must be shipped back to Just Sense Boutique. Please email us for address!
• Strictly NO cash refund.
• Due to our job nature, we are capable to inspect the defects whether it is intentionally created or other reasons. Exchange, refund or future purchase will not be entertained for such incident.
